Creating weekly meal plans has always been the norm for me. How else do people eat? Apparently, this method of planning meals, creating a weekly shopping list, shopping once, and cooking during the week is not as common as I thought!
My friends have been asking for awhile now for me to create a blog that helps them plan… as that seems to be the largest hurdle. Not so much the cooking, or the eating, but the actual planning. Working the habit into our life to plan what we eat for the rest of the week not only saves us money and time, but a lot of frustrations too! So I have created food blog with my grocery lists, recipes, and of course pictures.
I gather recipes from my family and online. I grew up in an Italian family where food and cooking was a top priority. Regardless of the sports practices or homework, we always ate a home cooked meal around the table.
